Set-back for Ukrainian pay-TV
January 16, 2015

The political and economic problems in the Ukraine has resulted in a loss of some 250,000 pay-TV subscribers, according to a study from cable operator Volia.
Events in the Russian-occupied Crimea region and Eastern portions of the country have impacted the overall numbers.
Voila says it is compensating for the loss by focusing on building its IPTV services and raising broadband speeds for its customers and new subscribers.
