CMMB America, together with Canadian technology provider Unique Broadband Systems and Hong Kong affiliate CMMB Vision, have announced the successful demonstration of CMMB mobile TV signals for over mobile network frequencies in a trial demonstration near Denver, Colorado.

The field demonstration is the first ever for CMMB in the US and signifies the Company’s first step in positioning CMMB for its commercial launch of services in the US market.

CMMB America plans to conduct further technical and market-specific tests tailored to the US market conditions, including the use of multiple UHF radio and S-Band satellite frequencies. CMMB America also plans to integrate CMMB with 3G/LTE networks in order to provide converged services.
