Astro has launched the beIN Sports Connect, iQIYI and TVBAnywhere+ apps on the Ultra Box, allowing its customers in Malaysia to stream more global sporting events and their favourite Asian entertainment including Korean, Chinese and Hong Kong dramas and movies, local hits and anime all-in-one offering.

Euan Smith, CEO of Astro TV said, “As the leading aggregator in Malaysia, we welcome beIN Sports Connect, iQIYI, and TVBAnywhere+ onto our Ultra Box, joining global streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar. More than 600,000 Ultra and Ulti Box customers can stream the biggest TV shows, signature local content and live sports all in one place without ever needing to leave the Astro interface, delivering a seamless and truly enjoyable entertainment experience.”

To access beIN Sports Connect, iQIYI or TVBAnywhere+ on the Ultra Box, viewers can press ‘Home’ on the Astro remote control. Under the ‘Apps’ rail, they can select the app they would like to access (depending on their Astro Pack). and follow the steps on screen to login using an Astro ID.
