Radial appoints Katrosar as EVP of Global Advertising and Partnerships
April 28, 2026
Radial Entertainment, operator of the largest independent catalogue of film and television in the industry, has appointed Matt Katrosar as Executive Vice President of Global Advertising and Partnerships. The newly created role marks a direct strategic investment in monetising Radial’s streaming footprint and a clear signal that the company is moving aggressively to capture advertiser dollars as FAST and AVoD audiences continue to surge. Katrosar joins from Fremantle, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Ad Sales and Strategy.
Katrosar will oversee and scale global advertising revenue, strategic partnerships, and the development of a unified ad tech ecosystem – engineering scalable, data-driven solutions that maximize yield and performance across Radial’s FAST and AVoD. His mandate spans Radial’s library of more than 70,000 movies and episodes, distributed across all major consumer platforms, including FAST, AVoD, SVoD and TVoD.
“Radial has assembled a library of extraordinary breadth and depth, spanning genres and generations, that lets us connect advertisers with exactly the audiences and content they’re looking for. That’s a rare position in this market and, despite the scale of the business, it’s one we’ve barely begun to monetise,” stated Jeff Shultz, Chief Executive Officer of Radial Entertainment. “I had the privilege of watching Matt convert content scale into market share at CBS, Pluto TV and Paramount. Bringing him in to lead our global advertising is the next step in the winning strategy for Radial.”
“I’m thrilled to be reunited with Jeff at a company purpose-built for what’s coming,” said Katrosar. “The free streaming market has achieved real scale and Radial has the platform, data, and momentum to deliver for advertisers at a level this market hasn’t seen. My focus is making sure our advertising partners are the first to capitalise on it.”
At Fremantle, Katrosar built and expanded a global advertising business across streaming, broadcast, social, and branded partnerships. He drove revenue growth through strategic packaging, new business development, and go-to-market leadership across worldwide teams and accounts.
Earlier, Katrosar served as Vice President of Sales for Paramount Global, where he led streaming and programmatic sales as the platform surpassed $1 billion in annual revenue. A veteran of the connected TV and advertising landscape, he first joined Pluto in April 2018 after 18 years at CBS – helping build the sales team that drove Pluto’s acquisition by Viacom and its subsequent merger with CBS Corporation.
