A+E Networks, RTL Nederland ad partnership

A+E Networks and RTL Nederland have agreed a two-year collaboration to support advertising and sales activities for A+E Networks channel brands History and Crime + Investigation (CI) in the Netherlands.
From January 1st 2016, RTL Nederland will represent both History and CI in their spot and non-spot sales, including branded content and programme sponsorships.
Nicolas Eglau, COO at A+E Networks UK, and GM for Benelux, Nordics, Poland and South Africa, says: “Our brands now reach over half of all Dutch homes so this is a great time for A+E Networks to join forces with RTL Nederland. With their proven track record of delivering highly-effective ad sales strategies, RTL is the right partner to help us identify and deliver more valuable opportunities in this important market.”
Ton Rozestraten, CCO RTL Nederland, adds: “With the two A+E channels, History and CI, and our existing portfolio we are able to guarantee our advertisers more selectivity and reach.”
