June 22, 2022
By Chris Forrester
Today (June 22nd) sees India’s Antrix Corporation’s legal claim against Intelsat heard in court in Richmond Virginia.
Antrix was the commercial arm of India’s Space Research Organisation (ISRO). It is claiming Intelsat owes it some $146,457 (from the then Intelsat Service & Equipment LLC) and $44,198 (from Intelsat US LLC).
Judge Keith Phillips will hear and adjudicate for “a proper placement of the matter on the Court Docket” and where Intelsat is objecting to the claim.
