Varley promoted to Curious Films MD

Curious Films, the production company, has announced a restructure of its senior leadership team. Nicky Varley, who has been instrumental in the company’s operational growth, is promoted from Head of Production to Managing Director. Founded in 2018 Curious Films has grown over the past eight years into one of the UK’s leading producers of factual content.

Varley’s promotion to Managing Director recognises the pivotal role she has played in scaling the business, joining since its inception. Since joining Curious Films, she has overhauled production processes, provided valuable insight, grown the team, and built the operational infrastructure that underpins the company’s ability to deliver projects at pace.
