June 3, 2026

egta, the international trade body representing Total TV and audio advertising sales, has elected Stéphane Coruble, CEO at RTL AdAlliance, as President for a two-year mandate, succeeding Laurent Bliaut, Deputy General Director (Marketing, Strategy & Innovation) at TF1 Pub.

Coruble takes on the role at a time of rapid transformation across the media and advertising landscape, shaped by AI, streaming, audience fragmentation and evolving advertiser expectations.  As a senior international media executive with extensive experience in television, video and advertising, Coruble sets out to strengthen egta’s role as a platform for collaboration, innovation and industry progress, while supporting members as they respond to market change and increasing complexity.  Coruble’s presidency will place particular emphasis on collaboration and simplification across the media ecosystem, helping TV & audio companies and their sales houses respond to growing advertiser demand for greater effectiveness, accountability, scalability and ease of buying across markets.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Stéphane Coruble as egta President and are confident that his international industry expertise and collaborative mindset will help strengthen egta’s role in supporting members. At a time of significant transformation, agreeing on shared priorities and aligning around common standards and objectives is more important than ever. Through industry-leading benchmarking, expert communities, flagship events and practical knowledge exchange, egta will continue equipping members to navigate change and reinforce the value of trusted, premium media in an increasingly complex landscape,” commented Katty Roberfroid, Director General, egta.

“It is a great honour to take on the role of President of egta. Despite profound transformation, one constant remains: audiences continue to seek trusted content, credible information and entertainment with which they emotionally connect. Over the next two years, egta will accelerate work across key strategic priorities, including artificial intelligence, multiplatform audience measurement, sustainability, accessibility, market intelligence and regulatory affairs. The future of premium media will be built on trust, partnerships and innovation,” added Stéphane Coruble, CEO at RTL AdAlliance.
