Love Island trio Toni Laites, Shakira Khan and Yasmin Pettet will be leading the conversation as they team up as hosts of the newly named Love Island: The Debrief vodcast this summer.
The vodcast will also be available as a nightly companion show for audiences across ITV2 and ITVX, with Laites, Khan and Pettet breaking down on all of the hot topics from inside the famous Villa.
Having soared to popularity in 2025, in what became Love Island’s biggest final week since 2022, the trio achieved widespread acclaim, launching their post Love Island careers with an editorial spread in fashion bible i-D, which captured the attention of global stars including Cara DeLevingne and Charli XCX.
The Love Island vodcast has become essential viewing and listening for fans of the franchise, hitting almost 4 million streams across platforms, and each week, the new hosts will dissect the happenings across the series. To date, Love Island has hit over 2 billion streams on ITVX.
Amanda Stavri, Commissioning Editor for Entertainment and Reality at ITV, commented: “Love Island’s ‘Big Three’ played a significant part in the show’s success last Summer, so to reunite the trio as hosts of our revamped vodcast is a very exciting proposition. Once again the show will be first with all of the post show opinions, and in our new slot on ITV2, there are more ways than ever for our audience to engage.”
Mike Spencer-Hayter, Director of Unscripted for Lifted Entertainment, said: “Toni, Shakira and Yasmin’s friendship captured the hearts of the Love Island fans in 2025 and we’re delighted to welcome them back to the Love Island family to host The Debrief. All of the girls are unfiltered, funny and love a gossip, which makes them perfect choices for the vodcast.”
In a joint statement, Laites, Khan and Pettet added: “Love Island brought us together so this is very much a full circle moment. Talking together is what we do best and none of us are short on opinions so we’re ready to make this a reunion to remember.”
Love Island: The Debrief is produced by Lifted Entertainment, part of ITV Studios, and WPP Media Motion Entertainment for ITV.
