ChaiFlicks partners with Reboot Studios
May 18, 2026
ChaiFlicks, the streaming platform dedicated to Jewish content from around the globe and Reboot Studios, the creative production arm of Reboot, the renowned Jewish arts and culture nonprofit co-founded by Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw’s Righteous Persons Foundation, have entered into an exclusive partnership that will further establish the two as a leading destination and authority for high-quality Jewish storytelling worldwide.
Through the partnership, both organisations will curate, distribute, and spotlight content rooted in Jewish experience, expanding the reach of contemporary Jewish storytelling through ChaiFlicks’ global platform and Reboot Studios’ creative pipeline.
The announcement was made jointly today by Neil Friedman, Co-Founder of ChaiFlicks, and David Katznelson, CEO of Reboot.
“Jewish storytelling is central to ChaiFlicks’ mission, and this partnership allows us to deepen that commitment in a meaningful way,” said Friedman. “By combining Reboot’s bold editorial voice and content engine with ChaiFlicks’ platform, expansive library, and global audience, we are building a more dynamic ecosystem for stories across film, television, short-form, audio, and emerging digital media.”
For Reboot, the partnership represents a natural extension of its work supporting artists, developing original projects, and expanding the reach of contemporary Jewish storytelling.
“Reboot Studios was created to support artists telling new Jewish stories across media, and to help those stories find the audiences they deserve,” said Katznelson. “Our partnership with ChaiFlicks is a natural extension of that vision. Together, we can give contemporary Jewish storytellers a worldwide platform, a broader audience, and a more connected path from creative development to cultural impact.”
The partnership launches June 1st with a Reboot Shorts Film Festival on ChaiFlicks, kicking off a weekly rollout of themed short films every Monday. Reboot Studios will supply 12–15 short films annually to the streaming platform, combining original productions with select acquisitions and
spotlighting emerging filmmakers. ChaiFlicks will showcase the films in a dedicated Reboot-selected shorts category, supported by editorial promotion across the platform and its marketing channels.
The partnership will expand in phases, growing Reboot’s curatorial and editorial footprint beyond shorts into music, horror, influencer-led content, podcasts, and other digital-first formats. Future programming will include holiday collections, filmmaker spotlights, and theme-based watchlists designed to connect Jewish stories with audiences around timely cultural moments and shared points of interest.
In the coming weeks, Reboot will roll out its 2025–2026 slate with these titles anchoring the launch of its distribution partnership with ChaiFlicks.
The collaboration was facilitated by Noam Dromi, Managing Director of Reboot Studios, and Pam Kunick-Cohen, Head of Marketing at ChaiFlicks.
