National League Promotion Finals exclusively on DAZN
May 7, 2026
The Road to Wembley reaches its ultimate destination this weekend as Boreham Wood and Rochdale battle out in the Enterprise National League Promotion Final. After a season of relentless drama, the two sides meet at Wembley Stadium, where a place in the English Football League remains the ultimate prize.
For Rochdale, May 10th represents the final step in an emotional redemption mission. After a heartbreak of losing the league title in dramatic style against York City in the dying second of added time, the side have shown perseverance to overcome Scunthorpe United in the semi-finals. Having dominated the head to heads this season, Rochdale enter Wembley as favourites, determined to secure an immediate return to League Two. However, Rochdale face a Boreham Wood side aiming to defy the odds. Having never reached the English Football League in their history, Boreham Wood arrive at the final fueled by the momentum of a thrilling extra time victory over Carlisle United.
On May 9th in the Enterprise National League North and South finals, South Shields host Kidderminster Harriers, and Hornchurch host Torquay United, with each team hoping to reach the National League. With the NLTV Season Pass, viewers will be able to follow the drama unfold across all three matches.
