eSIM Go, CSG provide UK MVNOs with Real-Time Intelligence
May 6, 2026
eSIM Go has introduced the tech stack behind its UK MVNE platform that gives UK mobile brands real-time visibility of subscriber activity and network performance, while maintaining a low barrier to market entry.
Powered by Tier 1 UK connectivity and enabled by CSG Ascendon, the cloud-native SaaS platform allows brands to launch UK mobile services quickly while retaining direct access to real-time operational data.
Unlike traditional MVNE models built around multiple middleware layers, eSIM Go connects its real-time charging and operational systems directly to network infrastructure. MVNO partners therefore gain direct visibility into subscriber activity and network performance, so they can proactively resolve support queries instead of waiting on provider responses.
By integrating CSG’s real-time rating and charging capabilities directly with the underlying UK network, the platform provides eSIM Go partners with a direct operational path to the network and access to live KPI feeds. This architecture allows partners to monitor subscriber activity, service performance and network behaviour in real time while maintaining full operational control over their services.
Through a digital interface designed for operational teams, partners can manage the entire subscriber lifecycle with continuous visibility of:
● Purchase & Provisioning: Monitoring of digital transactions and eSIM profile creation.
● Installation & Activation: Real-time tracking of device installation and network activation.
● Real-Time Rating & Charging: Immediate visibility into data, voice and SMS consumption.
● Automated Scalability: Streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes that allow MVNOs to scale services without operational bottlenecks.
These capabilities enable partners to launch services quickly while maintaining direct operational control over subscribers and service performance across the UK market.
Zacc Couldrick, CEO of eSIM Go, said: “We built our platform to make it easy for UK MVNOs, removing the barriers to rapid market access and ensuring sustainable, long-term success. But speed is only half the battle. If you don’t have real-time visibility and control over your subscribers, your ability to scale is constrained. By integrating CSG’s platform directly into our stack, we’ve removed the middleman and solved the visibility gap. Our partners aren’t just selling connectivity, they are managing it with a level of precision that allows them to scale with absolute confidence.”
Sean Casey, SVP of Product Management at CSG, said: “We’re seeing a resurgence in MVNO innovation, as businesses create tailored connectivity services for niche and underserved markets. eSIM Go’s UK MVNE platform is a powerful example of that shift. Using CSG Ascendon, they give MVNOs real-time visibility and control over every eSIM on the Vodafone UK network. By digitising and automating processes that were previously manual and time‑consuming, eSIM Go is making MVNO onboarding faster, easier, and more scalable – and it’s an honour for CSG to support them as they lead the charge in delivering simplified, future-ready solutions for sustainable growth in the UK market.”
