Beyond Mountains agency launches

Beyond Mountains, the film, TV and culture agency, has launched in London.

The social-first agency will deliver strategic creative production, partnerships, PR & communications to the entertainment and Creator industries in the UK and internationally. With headquarters in Chiswick, the agency is led by co-founders Simon Briggs, Jamie DeHavilland, Louise Kean-Wood, and Matt Falck.

Former DMS Managing Director Briggs is Managing Partner, bringing over 20 years’ experience leading and scaling agencies and post-production houses, working with some of the biggest distributors in the world including Sony Pictures, Warner Bros Discovery (WBD), Paramount Pictures and The Walt Disney Company.

DeHavilland led Creative at Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) in the UK as Senior Vice President until the end of 2024 and is Beyond Mountains Managing Director. He will lead on Client liaison and Business Development following his experience at Universal Pictures and GNAH in LA, and at WBD, in London.

LipSync Post alumni Kean-Wood is Beyond Mountains CEO and Director of Storytelling. She will lead the creative and partnerships strategy for all clients as well as managing the Creator division. Following five years at Universal Pictures, Kean-Wood was the LipSync Agency Director for over a decade while delivering four commercial fiction novels for Harper Collins UK and internationally.

Falck, international film and TV trailer editor with over 15 years’ experience leads the editing team as Beyond Mountains Creative Director. He has worked with some of the biggest film producers and production companies in the world, delivering standout trailers for Studios and Independents alike.

Briggs commented: “We have formed Beyond Mountains to strip things back to what really works. Senior people working closely with clients making bold and innovative creative without layers of unnecessary process. The industry has changed and the way agencies work needs to change with it.”

DeHavilland said: “Beyond Mountains is the future of the creative entertainment agency. Through the power of partnerships and community, and big, bold, brave ideas, we want to challenge the norms and reinvent the way we market films, shows, games, podcasts, brands and Creators.”

Falck added: “Forming this agency with Louise, Jamie and Simon feels like a true alignment of creativity, entertainment expertise, and a shared vision for what’s possible.
