nanocosmos expands real-time video platform
April 16, 2026
nanocosmos has announced the next evolution to its nanoStream platform, transforming into a fully integrated real-time video platform combining delivery with Media over QUIC (MOQ), AI powered content enhancement tools like server-based chroma key and advanced security.
The updates extend a platform built for interactive real-time use cases — live casino, auctions, live events — where ultra-low latency is the foundation, and content protection and production quality are what make it a complete business solution. nanoStream brings these together in a single integrated platform, developed in close collaboration with customers and partners over more than 25 years.
“nanoStream started as a streaming platform. Over the years our customers showed us what else they needed: security, analytics and enhancement tools with AI support. We built all of that in, core by core. real-time video in production environments demands much more than a great delivery technology alone. These updates are the latest step in that direction, and we’re looking forward to talking about it at NAB,” commented Oliver Lietz, CEO, nanocosmos
