Adform promotes Buinickaitė to SVP, People & Culture

Adform, the media buying platform, has announced the promotion of Dovilė Buinickaitė to Senior Vice President, People & Culture. In her new role, Buinickaitė will lead the company’s global people strategy across all markets, holding responsibility for talent, leadership development, and organisational culture.
Prior to joining Adform, Buinickaitė held several HR leadership roles at a major Nordic-owned retail organisation in the Baltics. There, she supported an agile-inspired transformation, led the development of leadership capability, and championed a learning culture. She also undertook a marketing leadership assignment to help build high-performing teams outside of the HR function.
As HR Director, Buinickaitė played a central role in building the company’s global People and Culture function. She has led a global team of HR Business Partners and overseen performance management, compensation, leadership development, employer branding and learning initiatives. Most recently, as Vice President, HR, she helped build Adform’s second-largest global site in Mumbai and supported the company’s broader growth strategy.
Buinickaitė said: “Stepping into this role is a real opportunity to turn strategy into impact. Our people and culture are core to Adform’s ability to scale quickly and sustainably, and I’m excited to build on the work we have already started. My priority is to strengthen leadership capability, accelerate talent growth, and build an organisation powered by data, AI and a culture that balances performance with engagement.”
