EE Studio has partnered with Apple TV on an F1 The Movie-themed takeover. The free, month-long event – open now – comes on the heels of Lando Norris’s World Championship title win on December 7th and brings racing fans and gamers closer to the action inside EE’s flagship Studio London store in Westfield, White City.
Visitors will be able to see props from the Brad Pitt blockbuster, including an iconic APXGP car, and the race suit and helmet of the movie character, Joshua Pearce, played by Damson Idris, on display in the store. Racing enthusiasts will also get the chance to take the wheel and compete in state-of-the-art racing simulators inside EE’s Gaming Zone, while three lucky fans will walk away with £150 of F1 Arcade gift vouchers.
Asif Aziz, Retail Director at EE, commented: “With Sunday’s F1 title finale living up to all expectations, and F1 The Movie coming to Apple TV this week, this is the perfect time to experience the magic of F1. We’ve transformed the EE Studio into a dynamic racing hub to showcase this thrilling sport with experiences that allow fans to get closer to the action, while also reminding EE TV and mobile customers that they can watch F1 The Movie with up to 6 months free of Apple TV. Following the tyre-tracks of Lando Norris, visitors will have a chance to see, hear and feel Formula 1 like never before in a retail environment.”
