ITV: Peak 5.2m watch Ireland vs England in 6 Nations

ITV1’s coverage of Ireland vs England in the Guinness Men’s 6 Nations Championship on February 1st was watched by a peak of 5.2 million across all devices, giving ITV1 its biggest overnight TV peak audience of the year so far. The match averaged 3.6 million viewers across all devices, with the match itself averaging 4.4 million TV viewers.
The January 31st opening fixture, featuring France vs Wales, peaked with 3.8 million across all devices. The two matches shown on ITV this weekend have been streamed 3.7 million times on ITVX so far.
ITV Sports coverage of the 6 Nations continues on February 8th with Italy vs Wales from 1:30pm followed by England vs France at 4:15pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
