MediaMarkt-Saturn, a giant electronics retailer in Germany, has started selling Starlink equipment throughout the country. Pre-orders are being taken for delivery after September 8th.
The prices are competitive compared to other markets. The equipment (antenna, dish, cabling) comes in at €449 (includes all taxes) and can also be paid in 10 interest-free payments of €44.90, and with free shipping within the country.
The firm is also offering a Premium set-up and explanation for an additional €159.
MediaMarkt said in its ad: “Starlink is not only intended for remote places, but above all for all regions where internet reception becomes a daily challenge, whether in the city, in the countryside, along a remote road or even on bodies of water. With Starlink, you can count on high-speed internet and low latency no matter where you are in the world.”
