Ukraine: Kyiv TV tower struck by missile
March 2, 2022
Five people have died after Russia attacked a TV tower in Kyiv, hitting nearby broadcast facilities, late on March 1st.
It comes after Russia warned residents that it was preparing to hit targets in the Ukrainian capital.

Although the tower itself remains standing, a TV control room and a power substation were hit, and at least some Ukrainian channels briefly stopped broadcasting.
