Spain: Movistar+ scores NHL rights

The NHL (National Hockey League) will once again be available via Movistar+ in Spain.
The platform has reached a multi-year deal for the rights to broadcast the US competition to its subscribers. Ice hockey fans will have weekly access to two of the best games on Movistar Deportes, with further options in the playoffs where, starting in the 3rd round, all remaining games will be broadcast, including, the Stanley Cup, which can be experienced live and in full. The NHL joins the platform’s large portfolio of sporting content, meaning the best North American sports leagues can all be watched all in the same place. The NHL deal will commence with two games being shown in the early mornings of January 11th and January 13th on Movistar Deportes, when th LA King take on the New York Rangers, and the Boston Bruins face the Montreal Canadiens respectively.Other posts by :
