The Audiovisual Anti-Piracy Alliance (AAPA), the body that represents companies involved in the provision of protected audiovisual services, security technology for such services, and the manufacturing of products which facilitate the delivery of such services, has appointed Oliver Pribramsky, Head of Rights Management, Technologies and Archives at Deutsche Fussball Liga as Co-President.
Pribramsky also plays an active role in the Sports Rights Owners Coalition (SROC), the EUIPO Observatory Expert Group on the Impact of Technology and was instrumental in the creation of the German Online Copyright Clearance System (CUII). He is replacing Matteo Feraboli who is leaving Sky Italia.
“We are sorry to see Matteo leave and thank him for his substantial contribution to AAPA and anti-piracy,” said the Alliance. Mark Mulready remains as the other Co-President.
