Mediaset Spain has launched a new cinema OTT channel, acontra+, available through its Mitele Plus platform for €3 a month.

The channel is the result of an agreement between Mediaset and cinema distribution company Contracorriente Films. acontra+ will initially offer 240 feature films, including national and international titles, with plans to reach 350 films in its catalogue soon.

Mitele Plus is owned and operated by Mediaset and offers all content from the company as VoD service to over 200,000 subscribers.
