Shorts, the free-to-view short film channel from the ShortsTV network, announces ‘Bombay Mix’, a new regular two-hour show showcasing the hottest Indian and South Asian short films.
Available to watch on Samsung Smart TVs and select Galaxy mobiles and tablets in the UK, ’Bombay Mix’ will air every Saturday night at 10 p.m., repeated on Sundays at midnight, on Shorts, featuring a curated selection of award-winning short films from across South Asia and India.
Uniquely tailored to the UK market, the exciting lineup includes hit Indian drama ‘Chutney’, starring multi award-winning actor Adil Hussain (‘Life of Pi’, ‘Star Trek Discovery’), dark comedy ‘Ouch’, featuring Manoj Bajpayee (‘The Family Man’), poignant short ‘The Other Way’, directed by acclaimed Bollywood director Imtiaz Ali, and ‘Chhuri’, the powerful love-triangle drama produced by, and featuring, Anurag Kashyap (director of Netflix’s ‘Sacred Games’).
