April 28, 2020
Sky original Dynamo: Beyond Belief launched over Easter weekend to a cumulative seven-day audience of 1.8 million viewers for the opening episode, making it Sky’s biggest entertainment launch in the last ten years.
Director of Sky Arts and Entertainment for Sky, Phil Edgar-Jones, said: “We always felt Dynamo’s story was very special and that he brings something unique and explosive to audiences rarely seen on television. Sky is immensely proud of Beyond Belief, it’s our biggest entertainment show launch in ten years, and to see viewers respond to the show so positively is absolutely magical.”
Dynamo commented: “I’ve been overwhelmed by the incredible response to Beyond Belief and especially by all the people who’ve messaged me saying it’s given them a sense of hope through these dark times.”
