Euskaltel, the fifth largest telco operator in Spain, owned by UK investment house Zegona, aims to double its revenues to €1.3 billion in 2025 after expanding into the whole territory under the Virgin brand.
The company has announced its strategic plan aiming to reach 85 per cent of the Spanish market covering 18 million homes.
Euskaltel plans to grow yearly by 11 per cent to reach up to €1.3 billion in revenues in 2025; 38 per cent from national customers and 62 per cent from Basque Country customers.
To double revenues, Euskaltel plans to double its customers from 670,000 in 2019 to around 1.6 million in 2025 – half of them from Virgin.
