Encompass Digital Media, a global technology services company that delivers end-to-end video solutions to television networks, broadcasters, sports leagues and OTT service providers, and Celestial Tiger Entertainment (CTE) have signed an agreement to extend their current arrangement covering playout, media management and transmission services from Encompass’ facility in Singapore.
