March 27, 2019
The Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), the leading global coalition dedicated to protecting the dynamic legal market for creative content and reducing online piracy, has announced the addition of three new members: Discovery, Telefe, and Channel 5.
The three broadcasters will add their expertise and international reach to ACE’s operation, strengthening the coalition’s efforts to support creativity and the millions of people who work in the film and television sector.
“ACE is the leading global content protection organisation, and the addition of Discovery, Channel 5 and Telefe only enhances our ability to support creators,” said Charles Rivkin, Chairman and CEO of the MPAA. “Leveraging the expertise of MPAA’s content protection team, ACE has achieved numerous successes over the last two years and we continue to work with law enforcement around the world to reduce the threat of piracy and illegal streaming.”
