By Chris Forrester
Greek journalists working on TV and radio programmes went on strike for 24 hours on November 27th in support for a national general walk-out.
Newspapers will not be published today, November 28th, the day of the general strike.
Greek labour unions are demanding an end to Greece’s long-running austerity programme. Union demands include pension increases, tax cuts and restoring the minimum monthly salary to the pre-bailout level of €751 from the current €580.
