Atresmedia’s profit down 17%

A one per cent drop in revenue to €747.6 million resulting from the advertising crisis has meant Atresmedia, one of the largest TV operators in the country, has seen its profit drop by 16.8 per cent to €86 million to September.
TV revenues dropped by 0.9 per cent to €696 million. EBITDA amounted to €124 million, down 16.6 per cent with an EBIT going down €18.8 million to €110. 1 million.
Atresmedia operates six channels – Antena 3, La Sexta, Neox, Nova, Mega and Atreseries – with an audience share of 26.6 per cent and an ad share of 40.9 per cent.
