Orange Spain begins football assault

Orange Spain has launched its new campaign on the country’s football pay-TV market in an attempt to capture Vodafone’s 400,000 football subscribers.
The company, and its subsidiary Jazztel, is offering all football matches from La Liga as well as La Liga 1/2/3, Copa del Rey and Europa and Champions league for €22.95 a month. Subscribers will be able to take the domestic football package Orange TV Fútbol, which excludes UEFA football, for €7.95 a month.
In addition, Orange has also launched a promotion for current and new customers to the cinema and TV series package Orange TV Cine y Series who will be able to enjoy the domestic football for only €3 a month.
