Sky Spain targets non-pay-TV homes with OTT

Sky’s OTT service in Spain is focusing on the “11 or 12 million homes with no pay TV” in the country, said David Núñez, Development Director of Sky Spain.
The platform is currently distributing 16 TV channels at a price of €10 a month. Among the channels are: FOX, FOX Life, AXN, AXN White, Calle 13, TNT, TCM, History, Comedy Central, MTV, SyFy, National Geographic, Disney Junior, Disney XD, Nickelodeon, Baby TV and LaLiga 123 TV.
It also offers 3,600 VoD hours with TV series, films and cartoons from 20th Century Fox, NBC Universal, Paramount and Sony Pictures, Cartoon Network or Nick J.
Sky Spain is accessible via mobile phone, tablets, PCs, PSP console and LG and Samsung smart TVs both in Android and iOS.
