VeEX announces new WX150 WiFi Air Expert test set
May 14, 2018
VeEX, a global player in Telecom, CATV, Fibre, Transport and Broadband Access, has announced the launch of its WX150 WiFi Air Expert test set.
Building on the success of its MTTplus-900 module for the MTTplus platform, VeEX’s WX150 provides the same powerful WiFi test functionalities as the MTTplus-900 module, all in a compact, standalone test set form factor.
Lightweight and easy to carry, with up to 8 hours of continuous operation on a full battery charge, the WX150 is the perfect tool for a comprehensive site survey. The WX150 supports wireless standards 802.11 a, b, g, n, ac and 3×3:3 MIMO channels. Featuring both WiFi and wired Ethernet interfaces as well as a dedicated spectrum analyzer, the Air Expert test set removes the need to carry around various specialised pieces of test equipment. It covers all aspects of the installation and maintenance processes, from RF network discovery, passive and active site survey, to troubleshooting and traffic load performance testing.
The WX150, along with the WiFi Air Expert series of products, will be on display at the WI-FI NOW conference May 15-17 in Redwood City, CA.
