Spain: RTVE, Cellnex, Televes launch 4K DTT test channel

Spain’s pubcaster RTVE, tech vendor Televes, and broadcasting operator Cellnex have joined forces to launch a 4K DTT test channel in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, in the north of Spain.
