Fox Sports Asia extends Australian Open deal

Fox Sports Asia has announced an extension of the long-term broadcast relationship with Tennis Australia for the Australian Open.
The 4-year renewal of linear TV (pay and terrestrial) and OTT/digital rights, covering Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar and Papua New Guinea, will see the network broadcast the Australian Open live and exclusive from 2018 to 2021. The agreement also includes tournaments in the Australian Open Series – Apia International Sydney (ATP), Brisbane International (ATP), the Hopman Cup, and the World Tennis Challenge – as well as the Laver Cup.
