Fox Networks Group Europe & Africa has named Colin McLeod as the new General Manager, Fox Networks Group UK with immediate effect. McLeod will initially be starting his role as General Manager on a part time basis, before transitioning into full time early in the Spring.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, McLeod has extensive UK and regional TV experience. Rising through the ranks at NBC Universal since joining in 2007, he was MD of the UK and Emerging Markets from 2015 until 2017, where he ran a 150-strong team, building the content strategy and channel brands Universal Channel, Syfy, E! and Movies24.

McLeod commented: “I am excited to have the opportunity to join Fox Networks Group and lead a portfolio of successful and distinct entertainment and documentary brands, which are well-positioned for the dynamic UK media market.”
