Netgem completes on VoxTok

Netgem has completed the acquisition of VoxTok, a provider of audio platforms and software modules for ODMs and OEMs.
VoxTok software has now been fully integrated in the Netgem Diamond platform, leading to the successful presentation of the SoundBox solution – wth HbbTV services and full ‘Music avenue’.
This acquisition will accelerate the Netgem Diamond software partnership programme, and Joel Reboul, CEO and founder of Voxtok, will be in charge of developing the Netgem Licensing business.
