Mediaset Italia on DirecTV

Italian commercial broadcaster Mediaset has signed an agreement with AT&T for the distribution of the Mediaset Italia in the US, effective immediately.
Mediaset Italia will be available across the US via the DirecTV DTH platform that has over 21 million subscribers. The best-of channel airs a selection of programmes from Mediaset’s flagship terrestrial TV channels in Italy, including live sports events, entertainment, news, TV series and movies.
The agreement signed between Mediaset and AT&T is aimed at the 17 million Italian-Americans who reside in the US.
