March 10, 2017
Mediaset has appointed Marco Leonardi as the new CEO of its under-performing pay-TV unit, Mediaset Premium.
Leonardi, who currently holds the title of head of acquisition and sales rights at Mediaset, will replace Franco Ricci, who is leaving the company.
Mediaset said the appointment is “part of its strategy of making the Mediaset Premium offering ever-more innovative”.
Leonardi was involved in the launch of Mediaset Premium as the content and marketing director.
