Pakistan police seize dishes and set tops

Pakistan police and agents of the country’s media regulator started seizing ‘illegal’ DTH dishes and satellite set-top boxes in and around the capital Islamabad.
The Associated Press of Pakistan news agency, and reported by BBC Monitoring, says the inspection teams confiscated 1762 “illegal instruments” in their raids.
The equipment was being used in “illegal business” said the agency. Monitoring of all satellite TV channels and FM Radios was started from October 21st 2016.
