October 20, 2016
Digital Media Rights (DMR) has confirmed the launch of Cocoro, a direct-to-consumer, multi-platform OTT streaming service dedicated to kids of all ages.
“There are great kid’s television shows and movies produced all over the world which we are not exposed to through traditional media outlets here in the US,” said Michael Hong, CEO and Co-Founder, Digital Media Rights. “Cocoro will feature many of these amazing programs that are not only beautifully animated, but have wonderful stories and characters that are engaging and fun.
Cocoro launches with titles such as Telmo and Tula, an animation series co-produced by Disney Iberia and Motion Pictures that features siblings, Telmo and Tula, doing fun arts and crafts activities. The animated film, Pororo to the Cookie Castle, featuring one of the most popular characters around the world is also available. The successful TV series Kung Food finds a US home on Cocoro as well, and kids can now follow the adventures of a food-inspired team of characters.
