The QYOU for Play Poland
September 22, 2016
The QYOU, a curator of Internet video for the TV Everywhere market, has announced a linear channel deal with Play Poland to deliver its line-up of Internet content to subscribers of Play Poland’s recently launched OTT service, Play NOW. This deal marks the launch of The QYOU into the Polish market and is further expansion of the company’s global footprint after recently announced deals with Knippr in The Netherlands, Multi Channels Asia in APAC and TotalPlay in Latin America.
Karina Rompa, Content Manager at Play said: “We launched Play with the intention of providing our subscribers with access to TV services whenever, wherever they want, and on any device. We understand that many of our customers are people with a real hunger for bite-sized, shareable content, so it’s important for us to ensure that we are offering this type of entertainment. With its fresh selection of engaging and exciting videos, The QYOU was an obvious choice for inclusion in our service.”
