Vodafone’s convergent offer (TV, Broadband Internet Access, fixed and mobile telephony and TV), Vodafone One, is seeing the company significantly increase the number of TV subscribers.
At the end of June, Vodafone One had 1.9 million subscribers, up 416,000 year-on-year. TV subscribers increased by 51,700 to 1,115,000 in the second quarter. The company puts the success down to football content, Netflix and the imminent launch of HBO.
Vodafone Spain has also increased its fibre optic subs to 2,027,000 with a rise of 31,400 in the first quarter. Total fixed Broadband subs reached over 3 million as of June 30th.
