Greece: Nova, Sony Pictures expand cooperation
July 13, 2016
Nova and Sony Pictures Television have agreed to renew their long term cooperation, giving Nova subscribers access to movies and series that top of US and Greek Box Office.
Novacinema subscribers will also be able to enjoy hundreds of much-loved films, including Ghostbusters and The Smurfs, together with series that were distinguished during LA screenings. All movies will be in HD, exclusively on Nova, a year before they are available on any other subscription service or free-to-air in Greece.
The arrangement also includes rights for broadcasting Sony Pictures movies through laptops, tablets and smart phones, which is consistent with Nova’s TV Everywhere strategy.
