Discovery Communications has struck a new 3-year service contract with its international President, JB Perrette. The agreement will run from June 13th 2016 until June 30th 2019.

Perrette’s base salary will be £1.175 million (€1.48m). His annual incentive compensation plan target amount will equal 150 per cent of his base salary, with his target for fiscal year 2016 being 150 per cent.

He could also qualify for 100,000 performance-based share units (Discovery’s restricted stock units) if key targets are reached, as well as an additional award of units worth $1.5 million.
