Intelsat-31 subject to delay?

Russian sources suggest that its next International Launch Services (ILS) satellite launch mission is subject to a delay of some weeks. It is ILS which handles ‘non-Russian’ commercial launches.
A Proton launch was scheduled for May 17th, but reports now say this could be delayed “several weeks” with late May or early June now being mentioned.
The report from Interfax/Moscow does not specify the precise launch payload although sources suggest it could be the next Intelsat (I-31) craft which has previously been scheduled for this sort of time.
