Hispasat adds Atresmedia channels to LatAm offer
April 15, 2016
Spanish telco satellite operator Hispasat, in collaboration with Cellnex Telecom, has expanded the number of Atresmedia television channels it currently distributes across the American continent through its Hispasat 30W-5 satellite.
In addition to the channel Antena 3 Internacional, which Hispasat has broadcast since 2002 in SD, it will now broadcast the channels Hola TV and Atreseries Internacional. These three international channels are currently distributed in HD format.
Cellnex Telecom is responsible for receiving the three Atresmedia Internacional signals, as well as for the satellite uplink.
