beIN Sports adds movies

Qatar-based sports broadcasting giant beIN Sports is adding movies to its portfolio of channels.
The broadcaster will add beIN Movies 1 and 2, and there could be other ‘general entertainment’ and documentary channels in the offing.
The plan seems to be to launch a pay-TV bouquet but at lower monthly rates than those currently levies in the Middle East, and in particular pose a threat to Dubai-based OSN.
