VeEX enhances OPX-BOX+ OTDR platform

VeEX, a global player in Telecom, CATV, Fibre and Broadband Access, has announced several enhancements to its unique and versatile OPX-BOX+ OTDR platform.
The newly, redesigned OPX-BOX+ features a number of updates compared to its successful predecessor. An improved poly-carbonate mechanical design, increased data point spacing, and latest generation iOS Bluetooth chipset support are some of the key hardware improvements.
Fiberizer Mobile software used to operate the OPX-BOX+ remotely via iOS and Android platforms has also undergone User Interface and functional changes. V-Scout link mapping has been simplified while Fiberscope support and R-server file transfer are now unified and fully integrated. Optical measurements have been improved using better processing and analysis techniques while PDF report generation and PON Conversion Tools provide additional functionality for FTTx applications.
The OPX-BOX+ will be on display at the ECOC Fiber Exhibition in Valencia, Spain from September 28th-30th and the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in New Orleans, Louisiana from October 14th-16th.
