France Telecom-owned Orange has upgraded its 4G+ network allowing its Madrid and Barcelona subscribers to enable speeds of up to 336 Mbps.
The operator has already launched the enriched LTE A service in Madrid with the expected rollout in Barcelona by the beginning of October.
Orange has also extended HD Voice technology across its mobile network with plans to further increase mobile browsing speeds in the near future by adding the 2,100 MHz, 900 MHz and 1,800 MHz frequencies currently used for 2G and 3G.
Meanwhile, discounted offers in pay TV football continue with Orange and Vodafone extending their promotions of €9.95 a month and €6 a month, respectively for a few days more to capture new subscribers.
