83% of US homes pay-TV subs

Consumer research from Leichtman Research Group (LRG) finds that about 83 per cent of all households nationwide subscribe to some form of pay-TV service. The percentage of households that subscribe to a pay-TV service is down from 87 per cent in 2010, but up from 81 per cent in 2005.
